Talk radio is like walking on thin ice

So I’m back to a two and a half hour commute, which isn’t as bad as it sounds due to one thing: The Kevin and Bean Show on KROQ. The K&B show is the greatest thing on the radio. So great that they don’t even need to advertise for it. If you come to LA you’ll see ads for Ryan Seacrest in the morning, Big Boy in the morning, that annoying chick on Star 98.7, but you will never, ever see one for Kevin and Bean. That’s because they are too awesome to be advertised. Today they had the best of K&B and because they were playing a lot of music that I’ve heard 100000000 times before, I switched over to 103.1’s morning show which I had only listened to once before. 103.1 has the most boring show ever, which two people talking about how they can’t get a contractor to come to their home because they are all drunks. Or something like that. The DJs sound like nice people, but they have no pep nor are they funny and entertaining. It’s so easy to go wrong in talk radio. If you aren’t entertaining then you die and that really sucks.
